Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for Camerce software products (“Software”), including our WooCommerce and Shopify plugins. By purchasing from Camerce, you agree to this policy.

Short version
If the product doesn’t work as advertised and our team can’t fix it, we’ll make it right. Contact us first so we can troubleshoot.

Try & Support First

We strongly recommend contacting support before requesting a refund. In most cases, installation or compatibility issues can be resolved quickly. Please email
support@camerce.com with details and screenshots/logs where possible.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following situations (subject to review):

  • The Software is materially defective and our support team is unable to resolve the issue
  • The Software does not substantially match the description on the product page
  • You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge or wrong plan)

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase (if the Software is functioning as described)
  • Incompatibility caused by third-party themes/plugins/apps, custom code, or unsupported environments
  • Failure to read product requirements or documentation before purchase
  • Requests made after extended use where the Software has delivered value

Refund Window

Unless otherwise stated on the checkout or product page, refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@camerce.com with:

  • Your order number or purchase email
  • The product name
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce (and screenshots/logs if available)

Processing Time

If approved, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.


Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of licenses while we investigate.


Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
