Short version

Use our products responsibly, don’t abuse the service, and follow applicable laws. Your purchase gives you a license to use our software—ownership stays with Camerce.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and (where applicable) payment of fees, Camerce grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of sites/domains permitted by your license plan.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software except as expressly allowed by applicable law.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code except to the extent permitted by law.
You may not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Purchases, Billing & Renewals

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your order. Payments may be processed by third-party processors. Your license may include automatic renewals depending on the plan and checkout terms.

If your plan renews automatically, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method on file at the renewal price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Updates, Support & Availability

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. Support availability may vary by plan, business hours, and support queue volume.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Upload or transmit malware, exploits, or harmful code
Use the Services to violate the rights of others (including IP rights)

Customer Content

You are responsible for any content, data, or materials you submit or transmit through the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to provide such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camerce will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Software will end.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post an updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
