Does this work with the WooCommerce Cart and Checkout blocks?
Yes. The plugin registers natively with the Cart and Checkout blocks as well as the classic shortcode checkout, so both work the same way.
Can I capture payments manually instead of automatically?
Yes. Turn automatic capture off in settings and use the Capture button on the order screen when you are ready to ship.
What happens to the acquirer fee on a refund?
By default, a full refund includes any acquirer fee QuickPay added on top of the order total, so the customer gets back what they were actually charged. This can be turned off in settings.
Does this support WooCommerce Subscriptions?
Yes. When WooCommerce Subscriptions is active, the plugin creates a QuickPay subscription for the initial payment and charges renewals automatically through QuickPay's own recurring billing API.
Can I charge a customer's saved card without them checking out again?
Yes, from the order screen, for phone orders or to recover a failed payment. QuickPay's saved cards cannot be used for a customer facing one click checkout button under PSD2 rules, only for merchant initiated charges like this.
Is my order stuck if a QuickPay callback does not arrive?
No. The order screen re-checks QuickPay's live status and updates the order every time it is opened, so a missed webhook does not leave an order stuck.
Does the plugin store card numbers on my server?
No. Card data is entered on QuickPay's own hosted payment window. The plugin only stores a QuickPay issued card reference, never a card number.
Can I restrict which payment methods are shown at checkout?
Yes. Settings let you allow or block specific QuickPay payment methods, such as specific card brands or MobilePay.
