30-day refunds

If a Pro plugin doesn't work for your store and we can't fix it, you get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Open a ticket from your account or email support@camerce.com with your order number.

Renewal payments can be refunded within 14 days if you did not mean to renew.

Custom projects are billed against the agreed scope. Refunds for unfinished milestones are handled in the project agreement.
