Recurly for WooCommerce: Sell Recurly-billed subscriptions without leaving WooCommerce checkout. for WooCommerce. Version 6.4 or later.
Subscription products
- Dedicated Recurly Subscription product type for simple subscription products, mapped to a Recurly plan
- Per-variation plan mapping on ordinary WooCommerce Variable products, so one product can offer several billing intervals
- Product price and trial length mirror the mapped Recurly plan automatically
Checkout and payments
- Recurly.js hosted card fields, so card numbers never touch the WooCommerce server
- Works with both the classic shortcode checkout and the WooCommerce Cart and Checkout Blocks
- Saved payment methods stored as native WooCommerce payment tokens, reusable on later orders
- Optional setting to hide the Recurly payment method on carts that do not contain a subscription product
- Optional setting to keep subscription products out of the same cart as regular one-time products
Customer self-service portal
- A Subscriptions tab under My Account listing all of a customer's Recurly subscriptions
- Per-subscription detail page to view status, change plan, cancel or reactivate
- Update the card on file for the account, since Recurly bills one card per account rather than per subscription
- Recurly invoice history with a PDF download for each invoice
- Shipping address kept in sync with WooCommerce's native Addresses page for physical subscription products
Store management
- Order screen shows the linked Recurly account code, invoice number and subscription status, with a link to that account in Recurly
- Configurable subscriptions endpoint slug under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced
- Optional forced account creation for guest customers checking out with a subscription product
- WP-CLI commands for subscription sync
Sync and automation
- Signature-verified Recurly webhooks keep subscription status, invoices and payments in sync, processed asynchronously
- Recurly coupons are mirrored into WooCommerce coupons on a schedule
- Tax totals on the WooCommerce order mirror what Recurly actually charged
- Renewal orders are created automatically to keep WooCommerce's own order history complete
- Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)
